How can I delete orphan MS Connector?!? I had a secondary MS Exchange
Server, I uninstalled the Exchange but my primary servers shows the two
connectors for the secondary Exchange.
If I try to delete them I am asked to use Setup, Add/Remove component
option. I used that to uninstall the two connectors but that uninstalled
just the connectors for the primary server.
Any idea?!?

I had the same problem. Try to remove it from the Add/Remove component and
after that re-install SP4. Worked for me. And make sure that nothing is
using that connector.

As I mentioned before I tried to use Add?remove component option, I
uninstalled the connectors (just generic names, I couldn't see exactly the
name of the orphan connectors) and only the valid connectors were removed,
not the orphan once.
And still, I can see the EXCH2 server on my site Servers list.
I tried to delete it but the MS Exchange Administrator program stooped
responding.

I just had to delete the orphan server from my MS Exchange Administrator
server site.
It took a while, the application wasn't responding for a period of time but
it did delete the orphan server and the orphan connectors too.
