MSIMN caused error in <unknown>

This error comes up on OE in a system just fdisk'd,
formatted, loaded W98 SE. Then will not allow any more
emails to download. Also a new one: cannot open the
internet site mhtml:mid//00000000/.
Virus check has been made using NAV 2003 updated before
running OE.

1. Block <<unknown>> sender

Dear all;

Few days ago some of the users' mailbox were attacked by infected message.  I tried to use the 'track message' function to find out who sent the message, I got the records but the sender is "<<unknown>>".  Does it means I have no way to find out where's the mail came from?

Is there any method to block out all the <<unknown>> sender?

Thanks.

Keith
