Faxes?!?! We don't need to Stinking Faxes!! WELL I DO!!!

I love the Microsoft Exchange (a.k.a. Windows Messaging) that comes with
Windows 95, so I suggested that we get MS Backoffice for work (I'm the
network
admin around here now).  Now I have Exchange server, but I was disappointed
to find
that there was no built-in fax server software in the server package, and,
suprisingly none in the client either.

All my clients are NT3.51, so my questions are:

1)  What (SOFTWARE) do I need to get for the Exchange server/clients to get
faxes.
(I have a box of 8 28.8 USR Sportsters for the fax server, overkill huh?
and I also have a PO filled for the Digiboard, so I'm okay on the hardware

        side)
2)  What do I need to do to the clients?

Thanks for the help in advance, e-mail replies, please!
