I am having a problem w/IIS 4.0 beta 2.
I had IIS 4.0 beta 2 working with ASP after installation of InterDev
ASP.
My problem occurred after installation of the Exchange Server SP1
installation. After installing the SP for web access I tried to access the
exchange mail accounts through the web application and found that the asp
had become disconnected. I tried a reinstall of asp, a reinstall of the
hot-fix, the Internet Guest Account exists as a User and also as the
anonymous user for the Web Service. Yet, when I try the reinstall of ASP I
keep getting the message:
The Internet Guest Account, ", cannot be found as a user on this machine.
Make sure the Internet Guest Account is setup properly and run this setup
again.
I have been looking for any possibly related keys in the registry, but to
no success. I'm sure if I knew where the ASP installation was pulling the
Blank Internet Guest Account information, I could resolve the problem.
