Presently I have nt4 as pdc and w2k server as member of nt4. Exch 5.5 is
still intalled on nt4. I need to move it to 2nd server which is my w2k
server.

Later this week I have to upgrade nt4 with w2k server as well. So both
server will have w2k server.

Question:
1. Do I need active directory in both the server?

2. Or I can make 2nd one member of 1st one?

3. I want to install exch 5.5 on 2nd server first so
user keep getting their email while I mess up with
nt4.

Please suggestion me the best solution to this problem.

Would be helpfl to know what your end configuration is going to be, i.e. MSX
on server 1 or server 2, and running Exchange 5.5 or Exchange 2000
