This seemed to start happening shortly after defragging
the Exchange store with ESEUTIL /D. Although the website
is published through ISA, only URLSCAN is running and no
other features of the ISA Feature Pack have been applied
(particularly parts dealing with OWA).
Recently without a yet determined pattern although at
least 95% of all messages can be read by both OWA and IMAP
or POP, a few messages are unreadable in OWA.
In OWA, the message header information is fully listed in
the message list pane, but when the message is opened, the
User sees "The page cannot be found" - The page you are
looking for might have been removed, had its name changed
or is temporarily unavailable." The message remains
unreadable no matter whether the message is resent or
