OWA page does not open

OWA page does not open

We recently went through an IP address change on our
network.  Prior to which OWA worked wonderfully.  However,
since the change has occurred I have been unable to gain
access to Exchange through OWA.  I don't even receive the
login screen.  I receive the standard HTTP 404 - File not
found.  I have tried the following possibilities but to no
avail.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
