We're using Exchange 5.5 and various Outlook versions: 97, 98, 2000 in
English and Norwegian

In the Norwegian versions of Outlook it's impossible to view properties for
recipients (both individuals and distribution lists) in the global address
book.
In the English version it works fine.

Did you import the Norwegian templates from a client or service pack CD-ROM
into your Exchange server? The file to import is called  'template.csv'. On
the Exchange 5.5 SP3 intl english CD, it can be found in the
\Client\Template\Nor directory.
