Sending test data (Relaying the e-mail)

I tested my server for an open relay, and these were the results. It's
seem's to be an open relay.
I have a exhange2000 on a win2k server.

I checked out technet, and I configured my default smtp virtual server as
follows
    -relay optoins: only the list below : 192.168.0.0 255.255.255.0
    -checked the option allow al computers wich suc............

I configured my connector as follows
    - tab address space: type=smtp , address = *
                                    checked out: allow messages to be
relayed.........

And yet I am an open relay, can anyone tell wich configuration I forgot to
check

That box is checked by default. Did you uncheck it at some point?

Does "checked out" mean you put a check in the box, or that the box
has no checkmark in it?

It's possible that the AD settings are not being transferred to the
metabase.bin file. Try restarting the System Attendant service

 I did uncheck it to test what happend, butI checked it back on after.

No checkmark
