More on this problem,
A person emailing one of my users, sent a reply email to my internal user 2
days ago, ever since, the internal user has been getting the same message
delivered every 10 minutes. The originator of the message recieved the
following system message today,
Subject: RE: Centre update testing
Sent: Tue, 9 Jan 2001 16:31:59 +1000
did not reach the following recipient(s):
ernal.qoln.net on Thu, 11 Jan 2001 16:36:52 +1000
The recipient was unavailable to take delivery of the message
The MTS-ID of the original message is: c=AU;a= ;p=Qld Open
MSEXCH:IMS:Qld Open Learning Network:DMZ:VULCANIAN 3499 (000B099C) Host
it appears, that since recieving this message, the internal user is no
longer recieving the same message from the sender.
It appears that the system is not acknowledging recieving the message, but I
have other people emailing the same user with no problems.
This has occured several times over the past year (since we implemented a
second exchange server with smtp forwarding and site connections) The
person recieving these duplicate messages are accessing the internal server.
does any one have any ideas ???
