I'm getting the same problem... are you using Exchange 5.5 with Exchange
2000 in the same site?

And are you using Exchange 5.5 installed on Windows 2000?

From where was this message sent, your LAN or the internet? How was
the message sent, MAPI/RPC or SMTP? Is "Nurashikin Zainudin"
represented in your Exchange directory by a Custom Recipient?

It really looks like "Nurashikin Zainudin" is a Custom Recipient in
your GAL and that this message was sent by a MAPI/RPC client on your
LAN. The "Unknown Recipient" could be from another SMTP server and is
just being reported by your server.
