The problem that i'm getting on site is that when I enter a short abbreviated
name, i.e 'Paul J' where the full name is 'Paul Jennings', Outlook seems to hang.
This seems to be a problem with Exchange as all the clients are getting this
problem.
Is there anyone who can help me on this tricky one.
P.s. Nothing has been changed on Exchange.

Anything interesting in App Event log on server?
Have you tried to restart Exchange services?
