server.

1)  Do you mena e-mail messages?  If so, you open Outlook and do a File |
Import.  This holds true for contacts as well.

2) You export the contacts to a .csv file (File| Export) from Outlook.  You
then change the format to something that Exchange server understands.

Basically, you want to end up with a csv similar to the following example:

obj-class,mode,last name,first name,alias,city,state,phone number,e-mail
addresses

om

No spaces between the commas and the text.
