I feel confuse that what is different between this two ? All MCSE/MCSA
please guide me or any site have the explanation .....

The Virtual Server is the piece that actually does the sending and
receiving. IOW, it's the part that's connected to the network.

The SMTP Connector is used to direct outbound mail to the appropriate
SMTP Virtual Server.

That may not make much sense if you have only one server and one IP
address, but if you had, say, two servers and each had one SMTP
Virtual Server you could directcertain messages to one VS or the
other. Think of it as having split the IMS into two parts.

Hi, If I have a limit set on my Virtual SMTP connector of 5 MB and a 5 MB
set on each of the SMTP Connectors in the Routing groups for other email and
web domains we host, then If I want to allow larger messages to come in on
