What's the best way to do this i need to move 400 mail box's from domino R5
to Exchange 5.5 or 2000.
and both MUST use the same internet domain.

if install the notes connector, how can i move the mailbox to exchange ?

Configure the notes connector to synchronise the domino users as contacts in
active directory (assumes E2k here of course).  Then point your Internet
email to the Exchange server, which will route inbound mail to the domino
users as well as native Exchange users.  Then use the migration wizard to
move the mail items from domino to new Exchange 2000 mailboxes.
