Store Problem - Can't run eseutil

Hello All:

OK, I'm at the end of my rope. Getting the foolowing error:

nformation Store (2488) The database page read from the file "E:\Program
Files\Exchsrvr\mdbdata\priv1.edb" at offset 34848768 (0x000000000213c000)
for 4096 (0x00001000) bytes failed verification due to a page checksum
mismatch.  The expected checksum was 633775903 (0x25c6a71f) and the actual
checksum was 767993631 (0x2dc6a71f).  The read operation will fail with
error -1018 (0xfffffc06).  If this condition persists then please restore
the database from a previous backup.

All the KB articles I've read sez run ESEUTIL.....but I cannot. I either get
file not found or it kicks me to the eseutil options: Here's the syntax that
I'm using. I'd like to nip this problem before my db goes south.

eseutil /d e:\program files\exchsrvr\mdbdata\priv1.edb /tc:\tempdb.edb

my path is correct......I have no idea whny this won't run.

Thanks

Everything I read says to restore the database -- and so does the last
sentence of the event detail.

Did you dismount the database, but leave the Information Store service
running?
