Anyone have a URL link, or whitepaper about upgrading a NT 4.0 member
server with exchange 5.5 to a windows 2000 member server?  I've used the
admt utility to extract the user accounts and SIDs.  Will I run into
problems by upgrading our exchange 5.5 box to a 2000 member server?  We are
using a different domain name, if anyone has some feed back, it will be
highly appreciated.

1. HELP - Migrating from Exchange 5.5 on NT 4.0 to new Windows 2000 server

I need help getting started with this scenario. It's not
complex, but I don't have a lot of experience with
I have an existing NT 4.0 PDC running Exchange 5.5. I
only have about 30 users and one site. I need to install
a new Windows 2000 server and install Exchange 2000 on it
and move the Exchange 5.5 data over to it. The solution
needs to be as disruptive as possible.
Please give me some general steps to accomplish this. And
please don't refer me to some documentation that will be
filled with numerous senarios that may not apply.Your
help would be greatly appreciated
