Calendar reminder in own apps

Hi,

In Outllook you can get reminders before eg. a meeting.
Does anybody know if there is a callback (MAPI?) interface I could
hook on to if I wanted to implement this functionality in my own
application?

1. Viewing other user's calendar entries in your own calendar view

I here there is a way to allow your calendar view to allow
it to show other people's calendar entries without having
to actually open up another users folder.

Supposedly it is similar to the way Day Timer shows the
views.
