SMTP problem when sending email with exchange server 2000

SMTP problem when sending email with exchange server 2000

I configure Exchange and mailbox, everythings seems to work fine. I received
internal and external mail, the problem is on sending mail. I get the error:
"Error 550.5.7.1" it seem the same error that usually an user received when
try to use a different mail server using another connection.
I can't find a solution, anyone can help me?
