I am using arcserve brightstore V9. When doing a brick
level backup of the mailboxes the brightstore RPC Service,
stops after 4-6 mailboxes, gives an Event ID 7031 in the
log.

Any suggestion welcome.

Is the service account is active? Means that it need at
least one message on the mailbox.

Review the config for the service account.
