1. Need Calendar/Tasks app for Exchange 5.5/Outlook 97

Does anyone out there have or know of a good app that will keep track
of tasks and calendars on an Exchange Server?

My users use their calendars and tasks, but we need an app (or apps)
that do 2 main things:

1. Allow User to view calendar per month for dept (or workgroup or DL)
and per week for company (or DL).
2. Have some kind of Gant chart view for tasks among individuals or
group of individuals. (kind of like what MS Project does, but using
outlook tasks)

Prefer email responses, but I wil check group when I can.
