its not a big problem:
1 The IMC can handle this
2 I don't know anything about IP-Ports, but all informations which will be
transmitted between both servers, will be send as SMTP-Mails
3 You dont need a trust between the servers
4 you have to install the site-replication and both servers/sites have to be
part of the same organisation
