Windoes 95: How to change my screensaver

How do I change the screen saver in WINDOWS95.  I "inherited" a screensaver
when I installed WINDOWS95 over WfW3.11.  Now the WIN95 Performance monitor
shows 100% CPU activity while the screen saver is active.  I would like to
change to another screen saver to reduce the CPU activity.  There must be
an easier way than to edit the system.ini.

Curious observation:  Whenever I open Control Panel the WIN95 CD player
starts playing if the CD ROM drive contains an Audio CD.

Easy:
- Right click on the desktop and select "Properties..."
- Click the "Screen Saver" tab
- Choose your new screen saver.

You really haven't played around with Win95 yet, have you?  :)

On the main screen hit the right button of your mouse, up pops a line of
this and that.  You will see properties on it, hit that and you will be
into the backgroung (wallpaper and screen saver stuff among other things.

As for the CD,,,,  who knows, it did not happen to me..

Just click with the right mouse button anywhere on the background,
then choose Properties.  From there, you can change your screensaver,
colours, wallpaper, etc.

Right-mouse click on the background.  Select Properties.  Select the screen
saver tab.  Change/configure as desired.

You can also find it in the Display applet of the control panel.
