Windows ME, 16 Bit Programs unable to open more than 120 files simultaneously

As subject states, tried adding PerVMFiles in 386Enh but
apparently need a fix to change file attributes.
Can anybody forward this to me?

KB Q274594 "16-Bit Programs Cannot Open More Than 120 Files Simultaneously in
Windows ME"
(http://support.microsoft.com/support/kb/articles/Q274/5/94.ASP) tells you
exactly how to obtain the necessary updated files.  Contact Microsoft and there
will be no charge for the update.
