customer retention, manage customer relationships to mutual benefit, and
increase revenues.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead a team in the design and development of the our suite of  enterprise
Customer Asset ManagementProducts, an integrated suite of applications
that  manage the entire customer life cucle.
The Enterprise suite of products consists of:

Support
Sales
HelpDesk
Quality
FieldService

Lead a development team in all phases of the product life cycle for  our
application and/or a core functionality shared by our enterprise
applications.

Work closely with Product Marketing organization in defining the direction
of application functionality and technologies.

Participate in the definition of design requirements for our core technologies.
Communicate product functionality and architecture to Documentation,
Training, Support, and Sales
Operations organizations.

Define and develop integration with 3rd party applications and technologies.

Qualifications:

Innovative, creative problem solving, planning and decision making abilities.
Project Lead experience in design, development, and implementation of
RDBMS/Client Server applications.

Application development experience using Oracle, Sybase, Informix,
SQL-Server, or SQL Anywhere

Experience with Unix, Windows, Mac environments.

Additional Skills Desired

Programming experience with: Visual Basic, Perl, C, C++
Application development experience for systems in the Call Center, Help
Desk, Sales Force Automation,
Quality Assurance, MRP, Depot Repair, or Field Service domains.
