Hy,

Is it possible to avoid the loading of msdev.exe each time that you open
a file (*.htm for example) from the file manager.

I encounter the same problem when i double click to open a file from the
Visual Source Safe Explorer.

Actually if i open two files i will get two copies of Msdev.exe in
memory.

I'm working under Windows NT 3.51.
