I have download the 16-bit version of 2.0 from ftp.netscape.com, but I
can't find the 32-bit version anywhere. Has it been released yet???
If so, where is it?

Maybe you should try to use RAS to connect to Netcom, it will
use the Winsock.dll which uses wsock32.dll,
I'm not using RAS myself but I think it will do the trick..
