How would I setup NT2k Server so that I don't need ICS?

Hi All.

I was wondering if anyone could get me started in the right
direction as to how I would fix up my Win2000 Server box so
that I wouldn't have to use ICS.
Right now, I have a 1 way cablemodem (I still have to use
phone lines for outgoing traffic)....

My internal network is like this:

NT Server--192.168.0.12 / 208.248.69.xxx  (static IP)
NT Wkstn --192.168.0.10
Win98-1-- 192.168.0.100
Win98-2-- 192.168.0.110
Win98-3-- 192.168.0.180
Mac-------192.168.0.161
LinuxBox--192.168.0.4

If we use the ICS, the Internet works fine...  Any
suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
