Very Computer

I've got a problem concerning file and directory sharing with Win95 and NT 3.51.
The problem is that I want to share a CD-ROM drive on a NT 3.51 Workstations which
is attached to a Novell LAN (Netware 3.11). But either I see the shared drives
from the also attached Win95 Workstations nor I see the NT 3.51 workstation from
the Win95 computers.
Sharing on the Win95 workstations works well, the only problem is one NT 3.51
computer I need because of the Remote Access Service.
Which additional drivers do I have to load in NT network setup? The workstation
has access to the Novell LAN without any problems, also access to the internet is
possible. Only the connection Win95 <-> NT workstations won't work.
Can anybody tell me why?
