Ethernet Bootloader failure

Ethernet Bootloader failure

I am debugging a new platform with PPC 823 processor. I have a bootloader
built and loaded and am "partially" successful at downloading a kernal with
Eshell and a CE kernal. I get an error from Eshell saying load failed. On
the Platform it indicates an error losing ACK on the second block as
follows:

IP Address: 10.37.48.20, netmask: 255.255.255.0
MAC: aaaa aaaa 4200
Sent BOOTME to 255.255.255.255
Locked Down Link 1
Src IP 10.37.48.20 Port 0400 Dest IP 10.37.48.227 Port 0C23
Image start 0x10000 length 0x16294C
-Image is not a flash image-
BIN_PHYSADDR : 11000 BIN_PHYSLEN : 813a4 BIN_CHECKSUM : 262ab35
BIN_PHYSADDR : 93000 BIN_PHYSLEN : 1e70 BIN_CHECKSUM : 7daa3
TFTP: Desktop losing ACK, block number = 1034, Ack again
!CheckUDP: Not UDP (proto = 0x00000001)

The physical addresses match the load map. Does anyone have a suggestion as
to what may be causing this?
