By default, the CEPC platform does not include the registry settings for the
NIC. You need to set either CEPC_NE2000_ISA or CEPC_NE2000_PCI depending
on the type of the card. Set one of these to "1" using the
platform->settings->Environment dialog. Make sure you select "All
configurations" when making the change, otherwise it will only be set for
release or debug, but not both.
The default settings for the hardware resources in the registry may be Ok
for the card, but if it still does not work, check the IRQ and IOBase values
in PLATFORM.REG (and in the proper NE2000 section) against what the network
card diagnostics report for the card.
