Hi guys,
I downloaded the emulation software of Windows CE .NET 4.2 today (April 23rd
2003) and it doesn't install. I get the message "Please insert CD 1" during
the installation.

Could you confirm that all files are extracted to the same location? The
.MSI and all the .CABs need to be in the same folder to install correctly.

1. SQL CE with Win CE .NET 4.2 - which version
I need to use a database for my device running WinCE .NET
4.2. I was planning on using SQL Server CE but while
installing, it says-
-Make sure you have at least one of the following Software
Development Kits (SDKs):
1. Pocket PC SDK (Windows CE 3.0)
2. Handheld PC 2000 SDK.
My device is neither a PocketPC or a HandheldPC. Do I
still need to use these SDKs?
