Disable User Accounts

I'd like to get rid of "User Accounts" on XP Home. We
don't need it or want it. Is there a way to switch it off
and just boot into a single user windows environment(like
95/98)?

You can't get rid of the underlying architecture that uses accounts, but you
can make it so that you aren't aware of them by automatically logging in to
one of the accounts whenever you start up the machine. The easiest way is to
just have one account on the machine, and don't use a password. Alternately,
you can use TweakUI to automatically sign in with a username and password,
or else follow the directions in this article to do the same thing:
