I get this error when I try to access Device Manager in XP
Home.  Additionally, I get the same error and cannot run
any programs with the .msc extension when I type the
program's name after hitting Start, Run.  I'm completely
up to date with all XP software updates.  I run a Dell
2.53 Ghz P4 with 512 mb RAM.  Any help or suggestions
