1. MSN search disapeared from search agents

I don't know why, but MSN Search is not in my list of search agents anymore
(under use one search agent).
How do I get this back?

also, everythimg i restart my computer, it changes my search to some other
engine controlled by http://www.jethomepage.com. Any way to remove this from
ever happening again?
