keep getting this on screen at start up. have been
thinking of going and deleting this since not able to
access, but afraid of corrupting system. Any
suggestions??

1. message cannot access system32/msiefr40.dll
this message keeps popping up at startup and i just push
ok and everthing seems to work ok. was thinking of
deleting it but don't know if will mess anything up
