XP SP1 cd rom vs XP SP1a cd

I am installing "Backup My PC" software in a few PC's.
Each have Service Pack 1 installed. I would like to have
an SP1 cd available in event it becomes necessary to
reinstall XP using the backup program.

With SP1 installed can I use the SP1a cd when restoring
my system after a disaster???

All pages in the Microsoft service packs update info end
up with SP1a pages and info and SP1a cd order info and no
clear statement re my question.

Yes. But if you restore a backup of a computer that had SP1 installed, you
should not need to install the SP again, as long as it was part of the
backup...

The only difference is that the SP1a CD has the MSoft Java Virtual
machine left out, as a result of a court order in the case by Sun.  So
you can use either for any other purpose
