Hello

Can you please tell me why "Download Manager| is not working + "Open
Location" is not working in both 5.0 and 5.1. And of course how to
remedy this!!!

Hello,
Are you working with a Mac? Do you have an error type 2 when you try
to change the location for download? If yes, you probably have the
same problem as me and I am also looking for a solution.

Hi Sally,
It sounds like it could be lack of memory. I would try increasing the
memory available to IE, select the IE icon (the original not the alias) then
File / Get Info / Memory and change the Preferred Size to about 25000. See
if that makes a difference. HTH
