1. Encoding live to Windows Media Encoder on W2K Pro to Windows Media Server on W2K Server?
It is fairly straightforward to send the Media Encoder stream to a separate
Windows Media Server. When you use the wizard to create a new multicast or
unicast publishing point it will ask you what the source of the station is.
Assuming you are using the most recent version, you should have a selection
for windows media encoder.
To manually do it, go to your encoder and find out the exact port that is is
encoding to: eg. http://encoding_machine:PORT
Then in the server enter the same info as the source.
