SAMI Captioning & MP9 - any MS people there?

Why have MS dropped SAMI captioning from MP9? Are disabled people not worth
the time and effort?

I don't believe it was.
Nah, accessibility is a key feature.  Even if Microsoft did want to ignore
it, they'd get their pants sued off.
