H.323 Codec Support

Is it possible to play Video/Audio as specified by H.323
Standards (like H.263 encoded video and G.729 Audio) in
Windows Media Player... ?

And is MPEG-4 same as H.263 Low Bit Rate Video Coding ?

Thanks
Harish

1. h.323 codec for WM encoder

Does anyone know if there is an h.323 codec that can be used with the
Windows Media Encoder. I would like have more real-time, interactive video
for things like video conferencing - I cannot tolerate the long buffering of
the MPG4 encoding.
Thanks,
Paul
