I has found event log error message and windows media service daemon
failure, all the service was blocked and luckdown, the only thing i found
from event log was as below message and unicast service*..
does anybody has idea on this critical situation?
DCOM server access denied. server:

1) Do the services show as running?
2) Can clients still connect to the server?
3) Does this problem happen all of the time, or just occasionally?
4) What account are the 4 Windows Media Services running under (typically

1. event log error: Media services unable to login?
Should the system have created an account for the media server? I can't
start the service manually either. It gives me the same error, a login
failure. Is it like SQL and the sa account?
