Making a CDRW into a Floppy

At one time I was able to make a CDRW into a floppy like disk that I
could add to and delete from via Windows Explorer. I have forgotten
how I did this. Does anyone know how you give the CDRW to ability to
have files added and deleted as if it were a Hard Drive or Floppy?

PS I am presently using Adaptec Easy Creator, but I used to use some
other software, I think from NSI!
