There is a utility CD-DA on the net that allows extraction of MPEG stream,

If your MPEG player can handle CDROM headers between SYSTEM LAYER packets
(most do) then use the CDDA.EXE program.
If not try my CDI2MPG.EXE program. This program is a quick hack I did
some time ago. The source is in the same directory.

NOTE you will need a CDROM + driver that supports sector header
syncronized, RAW UNCOOKED CDROM reads (many do not). The Sony CDU33a
+ Sony interface board + Sony driver software does.

If your player cannot handle System Layer files (most PC ones can)
then you will need to split them into seperate video and
audio files.
