how the heck do you set the webex proxy so that you do not get a
non reachable world?

I have a problem with WebEx v1.1e, if I use my ISP's proxy, and I try to
submit a form, it does not work. Some do (such as Yahoo searches) but
generally, anything with a few fields to fill in and a button to press
won't work.
I get [wait] in the status line, then [conn], then [wait] again, and I
wait, and I wait and I wait ... :)
If I turn the proxy off it works fine.
Netscape works fine, with or without proxy. I would use it all the time,
but it crashes the machine (trap).
Any ideas?
