Need to re-install Warp 4 but can't see!

I've been re-arranging things and changing hard drives and am attempting
to re-install Warp 4, but only to run into a major problem. The VGA
setup screen is all scrambled! I can't see anything much less make any
selections on the screen. Here is my setup:

ASUS TX97-E Motherboard with Intel Pentium 233MMX
64MB EDO RAM 60ns
10GB Fujitsu hard drive (Primary Master)
1.6GB Western Digital hard drive (Primary Slave)
4.3GB Quantum Bigfoot (Secondary Master)
24X US Drives CD ROM (Secondary Slave)
ATI 3-D Graphics Expression + PC2TV (Rage II+DVD) 4MB
SB16 SCSI/2 ASP
Yamaha 4416S CDR/RW SCSI
NEC MultiSpin 4X SCSI
SyQuest 5110 88MB SCSI
Iomega ZipDrive 100MB SCSI
UMAX S-6E SCSI

Now in my previous setup I had an ATI Mach 64 based video card which at
some point in time I swapped it for the Graphics Expression. Since at
the time my system didn't complain I left it. But now I'm without and I
can't see to set up Warp. Help me someone. Is there some kind of driver
I need to swap out on the install disks?

I assume that you are able to boot OS/2 and there is visibility until OS/2
loads the video driver.  I had this problem when I when to my first PCI
video card and system board.  You need to force OS/2 into default VGA mode.
When the OS/2 block pops up over your BIOS configuration information, hit
ALT-F1.  This will give you a blue screen.  One of the options, I think 3,
is to reset to VGA mode.  Take that option and whatever drivers you have are
removed and the default OS/2 video VGA drivers are loaded.

This is happening on a fresh re-install on a new partition. I don't know
why but some reason my monitor isn't synching to the video. I ended up
going to a friends place and using his multi-synch monitor.

For those who want to know, I'm using a 14" SVGA ProView monitor

What I eventually did was bring my computer to a
friend's place who had a multi sync monitor and
finished installing Warp there.

Afterwards when I went home I discovered some other
things I had to do so after some re-aranging I had to
yet re-install Warp again,but before I did I followed
your advice but to no avail. Still the signal didn't
sync to my monitor. I can't figure out for the life
of me why though. My old ATI card never had this
problem, but of course it's gone now.

Well I finally figured out the problem. On the back of the video card
there is an NTSC RCA jack. As a default I have a cable plugged into it.
Apparantly it must set some kind of different sync rates with the Warp
VGA driver than my monitor can handle. As long as I unplug the cable
before installation it seems to be fine.

1. HELP - Can't Install (Re-Install) Warp

OS/2 prompt, run FDISK, then add the OS/2 partition to the Boot Manager menu. Reboot from the hard drive and you should be in busin=
ess again.

I did that and still no luck. I suspect something is wrong with the boot manager
installation. I"m working from copies, and maybe They got hosed.

I'll try from the originals (or make new copies).

The exact message I get right after the re-boot following disk 6 is
    Operating System Missing, System halted.
