Good PM Serial Comm Programm

Good PM Serial Comm Programm

Can anyone reccomend a good PM communications program?  Right now we use
a HA5 which is a character mode app.  It works OK, but I really miss
cut/paste capabilities and it's terminal emulation really screws
things up sometimes, especially trying to run emacs.

Any reccomendations?  Thanks!!

Try Ckermit- free (on ftp.cdrom.com) Good vt 220 emulation, fast file
transfer (1500 bytes/sec on binary file on 14400 modem)

Try ZOC available from the FTP sites such as hobbes. It is a very
good piece of PM software. The file is zoc133.zip in directory:
/os2/2_x/comm.

Give ZOC a try. The current released version that I know of is 1.33 but
version 2.0 is now in beta. I'm a registered ZOC user and I'm running
1.98B now and it looks and runs great IMO.

You should be able to find in /pub/os2/2_x/comm at ftp.cdrom.com.

I agree. CKermit is excellent. Only one small correction. It is a VIO not
a PM app. A rewrite to a PM app would make CKermit a much bigger piece of
code.

I've typed this one a few times!  I'll keep it short and sweet.  ZOC
is one incredible OS/2 comm program.  It's on a lot of boards.  80 DM
