I think the problem is not that IBM cannot support win32s - they did, its
just that as soon as they had got it done MS moved the goalposts. I
suspect that once win9x comes out then MS will be more restricted about
changing this as (they hope!) n million people will already have it.
When this happens IBM can correct this spec drift and issue a CSD
or Warp v3.1 or whatever to address the problem.

I think I read something about Warp 2 which will support Win '95...
IBM won't confirm it though..... as usual...
