FS:HP 9000 735/125 MHZ PA RISC UNIX Workstation with 272MB memory

1. Oh no - buggy PA-RISC chip in HP 9000/735/125

I just ran the "spu_screen" program supplied as part of patch PHCO_5516 and
it reported that one of our HP 9000/735/125's has a faulty PA-RISC chip. The
docs suggest that we log this fault with the HP Response Centre. Has anyone
else got such a faulty PA-RISC chip ? If so, do HP replace the chip routinely
(or is it something more drastic than that) ?
