1. hpux 10.01-run program at boot up; print to PC printers

Hi all,

we have a HP-9000/809 running hp-ux 10.01.  we want to start a
certain program whenever the system boots up.  Should we do it
by adding an entry in  inittab  or by adding the necessary scripts
into /etc/init.d and /etc/rc.config.d?

Also, the hp-9000 server in on the same LAN with dozens of win95
PCs.  Some PCs have a HP LJ 6M connected at the parallel port.  Can
the hp-9000 be setup to send print jobs to those printers without

using additional HW like JetDirect?

thanks for any comments and advice.
